دييغو بيتانكور ألفاريز (بالإسبانية: Diego Betancur Álvarez) هو دبلوماسي وسياسي كولومبي، ولد في 1949.[1][2][3] انتخب سفير كولومبيا (17 فبراير 2009 – ) وانتخب سفير كولومبيا (30 أبريل 2008 – ).

Afterwards, the Administrator received from His Excellency Mr Diego Alvarez Betancur, Letters of Credence accrediting him as the Ambassador of the Republic of Colombia. The Ambassador was accompanied by Mr Carlos Ferero (Second Secretary), Embassy of Colombia. The Administrator also received Mrs Maria Emma Rubiano.
