What
A travel adaptor, seen from two angles. The two prongs can be manually swivelled to put them in the position necessary to enter an American- or Australian-type socket. There is no earth pin. In the pictures, they are in the Australian position. On the socket end, there are the three slots needed to take British plugs. The two main slots have been given rounded central parts so that they can also take the round pins of CEE 7/7 plugs used in Europe. See Mains power plug for full information.
